Pendaki Gagahi Pacar Temannya Saat Kelelahan di Gunung

Diduga tak bisa menahan nafsu bejatnya, seorang pendaki Gunung Singgalang, Sumatera Barat, berinisial RFD (18), nekat merudapaksa pacar temannya sendiri berinisial YAT (19) yang kelelahan saat turun dari Gunung Singgalang. Korban sempat menolak, namun karena tak berdaya dan tidak mampu untuk melawan, akhirnya pelaku yang tinggal di Nagari Gunung Malintang, Kecamatan Pangkalan Koro Baru, Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota itu akhirnya berhasil melampiaskan nafsu bejatnya itu di kawasan cadas Gunung Singgalang. Kini, pelaku sudah ditahan sebagai tersangka persetubuhan di Mapolres Padang Panjang sejak Rabu (19/9/2018) kemarin.

 Sedangkan korban yang sempat dirawat di RSUD Padang Panjang, akhirnya meninggal dunia dan jasad korban sudah dibawa pihak keluarga ke rumahnya di Pangkalan Koto Baru. Kasat Reskrim Polres Padang Panjang AKP Julianson SH membenarkan kasus pemerkosaan tersebut. “Benar, pelaku sudah ditahan dan dikenakan pasal 286 KUHP tentang persetubuhan dengan ancaman pidana penjara maksimal 9 tahun,” kata Julianson dilansir dari tribunpadang.com. Julianson menyebut, meski pelaku sudah ditangkap, namun penyidiknya masih melakukan pendalaman, terutama sebab kematian korban. Jika korban meninggal karena diperkosa saat kondisi lemas, maka tentu akan ada pasal lainnya yang dikenakan kepada pelaku. Kendati begitu, ia mengatakan bahwa pihaknya tidak mau berasumsi apakah korban meninggal karena diperkosa oleh pelaku. “Kami tunggu dulu hasi autopsinya dari RS Bhayangkara. Kalau memang (penyebabnya) karena diperkosa, maka akan ada pasal berlapis,” ujarnya. Pengakuan pelaku kepada penyidik, jelas Julianson, kasus pemerkosaan berawal saat pelaku dan korban, serta tiga rekannya berinisial FZ, RB dan FK yang merupakan kekasih korban mendaki Gunung Singgalang sejak Sabtu (15/9/2018) kemarin sekitar pukul 23.00 WIB. Besoknya (Minggu,red) sekitar pukul 07.00 WIB, mereka berlima sampai ke cadas gunung.

Setelah beristirahat di sana, kemudian mereka melanjutkan pendakian ke Telaga Dewi. Sesampai di sana, mereka diguyur hujan badai, sehingga mereka kembali turun ke cadas. Sampai di cadas sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB, korban kelelahan hingga lemas tak berdaya. Karena harus butuh pertolongan, tiga orang dari mereka, termasuk FK pacar korban, turun gunung untuk mencari bantuan pertolongan. Sedangkan pelaku ditinggalkan di cadas untuk menjaga korban. “Bukannya menjaga, malah pelaku menyetubuhi korban dalam kondisi lemas tak berdaya. Kata pelaku, dia nekat menyetubuhi korban, karena bernafsu melihat korban dalam kondisi lemas tersebut,” terang Julianson. Setelah pelaku menyetubuhi korban, barulah ada bantuan pertolongan dari warga. Bantuan itu datang pada Selasa dini hari sekitar pukul 04.00 WIB. Kemudian korban digotong dan dibawa ke RSUD Padang Panjang untuk mendapatkan perawatan medis. Dari pemeriksaan pihak medis, ditemukan kejanggalan, yaitu adanya cairan sperma di celana dalam korban, sehingga pihak rumah sakit melaporkan kejadian itu ke polisi. Kemudian polisi langsung mendatangi rumah sakit dan mengamankan empat orang rekan korban, termasuk pacar korban sendiri FK. “Keempat rekan korban kemudian diperiksa penyidik. Dari pemeriksaan itulah diketahui ternyata inisial RFD telah menyetubuhi korban secara paksa. Kemudian pada Rabu kemarin setelah diperiksa, pelaku langsung ditahan sebagai tersangka,” bebernya. Penahanan terhadap pelaku tambahnya, dilakukan setelah adanya laporan dari pihak keluarga korban ke Mapolres Padang Panjang. “Pelaku kami tahan, karena pihak keluarga tidak terima dengan perbuatan bejat pelaku kepada korban, setelah mengetahui adanya cairan sperma di celana dalam korban,” pungkas Julianson.(net) Editor : mahardika
